Bigger than the Kindle,  optimized for magazines and newspapers, the Skiff Reader offers a 11.5-inch “Metal Foil” touchscreen, but it’s still only a quarter of an inch thick.

The device has been designed for durability and is the first consumer product to feature the next-generation of e-paper display, based on a thin and flexible sheet of stainless-steel foil.
