The Alex’s primary screen is a 6 inch E-Ink display, much like the Amazon Kindle 2 or the Barnes and Noble Nook.
At the top is a Mini USB port and a a 2.5mm headphone jack. The back of the device sports a removable Micro SD card slot, allowing you to expand on the 2GB it ships with.
The smaller display is a 320 x 250 pixel(3.5-inch) LCD Touch Screen with a trimmed Android (no cellular or GPS support). This screen also serves as the main input device, allowing you to browse books, ad annotations, record memos and use the Android music player for some reading music on the built-in speakers.
Page turning can be archived trough buttons on each side of the screen.
